Once we receive your notice, we will review the claim and take the appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, you may file a Counter-Notice. This procedure is available to those who believe their material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
To file a counter-notice, you must provide the following:
- Your full name, address, and contact information: Provide your contact information as well as your physical address.
- Identification of the material: Specify the exact location of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled (e.g., URLs).
- A statement under penalty of perjury: State that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Agree that you will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the judicial district where Machinjiri Vibes is located or where the service is provided.
- Your signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complainant who filed the DMCA Takedown Notice. If no further legal action is taken within 10-14 business days, the content will be restored.
4. Repeat Infringers
Machinjiri Vibes has a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. If a user is found to be repeatedly infringing upon copyrighted content, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban the user’s account and remove any posted content.

6. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to update and modify this DMCA policy as needed. If we make any material changes to the policy, we will post an updated version on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the top of the page.
