Position: Marketing and Hospitality Management Officer

Warm Heart Guest House, a reputable hospitality provider located in Kanengo, Lilongwe, is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and faith-driven individuals for the position of Marketing and Hospitality Management Officer.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, tourism, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Hands-on experience in hospitality or tourism and working knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry will be an added advantage.
- A God-fearing individual who upholds Christian values and principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Promote the Guest House and Conference Hall to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Manage and regularly update the organization’s online presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, website, and booking platforms).
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners to establish strategic partnerships.
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Represent the Guest House at trade shows, tourism expos, and community events.
- Collaborate with front desk and reservations teams to align offers with customer needs.
- Track and report the performance of marketing activities to management.
- Maintain effective relationships with media houses and local advertising outlets.
- Record and manage all bookings for both the Guest House and the Diana Conference Hall.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

- Energetic, creative, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, and branding.
- Committed to working in a Christian-focused environment.
